Bimbel Nusantara was founded by two friends with a shared passion for education and community. Both based in Adelaide, South Australia, we specialised in the field of education and saw a growing need within our own circles — families looking for ways to connect their children to the Indonesian language and culture, especially those born and raised in Australia.

Many of our peers — Indonesian parents, or mixed families with Indonesian-Australian backgrounds — expressed how much they wanted their children to not lose touch with their roots. We kept hearing the same request:
"Can you help my child learn Bahasa Indonesia?"
And so, what started as casual conversations turned into the beginning of something bigger.

We created Bimbel Nusantara as a tutoring company by Indonesians, for Indonesian families, offering affordable, meaningful, and culturally connected educational support.

As we reached out to the community, we also received strong interest in Qur’an study, especially from families looking for gentle, faith-based guidance for their children. With the majority of Indonesian families being Muslim, it felt natural to extend our services to include Qur’an reading, tajwid, and values-based Islamic learning.

Today, we continue to grow with one goal:
to provide personalised, heart-driven tutoring that supports both the mind and the identity of every child.
